Our Team

At NovoDia, we’re building a new category in K–12 education: curriculum infrastructure. It eliminates the chaos created by fragmented materials, disconnected initiatives, and constant patching by unifying how curriculum is designed, evolves over time, and shows up in classrooms — built for the real conditions districts face today: shifting standards, diverse learners, and limited instructional capacity.

We founded NovoDia to solve a structural problem in K–12 education: curriculum breaks down as systems change. Districts need curriculum that teachers can use with fidelity — materials that stay aligned as standards evolve, remain coherent across subjects and populations, reflect local communities, and serve diverse learners. Traditional publishers are built for scale, not adaptability. They develop once, sell broadly, update slowly, and avoid complexity. The result is fragmentation — and teachers are left to hold it together.

NovoDia offers a different model. By combining deep subject-matter expertise with AI-enabled workflows, we build curriculum infrastructure that connects how curriculum is designed, evolves over time, and shows up in classrooms. This allows districts to adapt curriculum continuously — without starting over, increasing teacher workload, or breaking C&I budgets. Districts get curriculum that fits their reality today and can evolve with them tomorrow.

That work takes more than technology — it takes people who understand how curriculum actually lives in schools. NovoDia’s team brings together former educators, curriculum leaders, learning scientists, product builders, and technologists who have worked inside districts, classrooms, and instructional systems. We design curriculum infrastructure not from theory alone, but from lived experience — balancing rigor with usability, coherence with flexibility, and innovation with the realities educators face every day.
